For Sheriff-created reports, visit the FBCSO Records Division at 1410 Richmond Parkway, Richmond, TX 77469. The lobby is open weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Written requests may also be emailed, mailed, faxed to 832-471-2472, or sent through the Sheriff app. The jail counter does not release police reports or arrest affidavits.
